How long does it take to launch a nonprofit?
We typically complete everything on our end within 2 weeks. The IRS may take additional time to process your 501(c)(3)—but we’ll prep you so there are no surprises.
Do I need a board before we start?
Nope! We’ll help you figure out who you need, how to recruit them, and what their roles should be. Together we will get an inaugural board together before IRS filing.
What if I already started the process?
We can pick up where you left off. Just book a call and we’ll assess what you still need.
Is this service only for 501(c)(3)s?
Right now, yes. But we’re working on packages for other nonprofit types—stay tuned!
Will you be my registered agent?
We’ll guide you on selecting a registered agent, but we do not serve in that role directly.
